A Christmas Mosaic - Set III     Isaiah 7:14

This is the third of three different sets of Christmas carols,
arranged SAB for easy singing by smaller choirs or ensembles.
Each set consists of four traditional songs, joined by interludes.

1] Angels We Have Heard on High

Angels we have heard on high, sweetly singing o'er the plains.
And the mountains in reply, echoing their joyous strains.

2] We Three Kings

We three Kings of Orient are; bearing gifts we traverse afar.
Field and fountain, moor and mountain, following yonder star.
O, star of wonder, star of night, star with royal beauty bright,
Westward leading, still proceeding, guide us to Thy perfect light.

3] O Come, All Ye Faithful

O come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem!
Come and behold Him, born the King of angels!
O come, let us adore Him. O come, let us adore Him.
O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord!

4] Joy to the World

Joy to the world! The Lord is come. Let earth receive her King.
Let ev'ry heart prepare Him room, and heav'n and nature sing,
And heav'n and nature sing, and heav'n, and heav'n and nature sing.

15] O Holy Night

O holy night, the stars are brightly shining;
It is the night of the dear Savior's birth.
Long lay the world in sin and error pining,
Till He appeared, and the soul felt its worth.
A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices,
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn!
Fall on your knees! O hear the angel voices!
O night, divine! O night when Christ was born!
